11th-Month Builder Warranty Inspections

When buying a new construction home, the builder typically gives a 12-month warranty on the home. So getting an inspection on your home before that warranty ends is very important.

This is called an 11th-month inspection, or sometimes called a builder warranty inspection. With this inspection, we will thorough inspect your home for any premature wear or damage, issues, defects, and other items that would fall under the responsibility of the builder.
